** ALL IN STOCK ITEMS WILL SHIP IMMEDIATELY / ALL ITEMS THAT ARE ON BACK-ORDER OR OUT OF STOCK WILL BE CONTACTED WITH AN APPROXIMATE ETA FOR DELIVERY.   IN STOCK ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED WITHIN 24-48 HOURS.   IN STOCK ITEMS WILL BE DELIVERED TO CUSTOMERS WITHIN 2-8 BUSINESS DAYS.   MOST BACK-ORDERED ITEMS WILL SHIP WITHIN 10-14 BUSINESS DAYS ON AVERAGE **

Return/refund requests are to be done on a case by case basis. All items must be in new, unopened condition, having never been installed before a refund/exchange will be considered.

Upon receipt of an approved return, an automatic 25% restocking fee will be subtracted from any funds that are to be refunded plus the cost of shipping. FREE Freight promotion will not be credited on returned items. The purchaser will be responsible for the shipping fees (delivery and return).

Once an invoice for a restocking fee has been issued and no action has been taken by the customer within 15 days, the returned item will become property of Speed Factor Racing.

All refund/exchange requests must be made to sales@speedfactorracing.com no later than 5 days from day of delivery. Any requests after the date of delivery will be subsequently denied.

Any items returned without proper authorization or without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, will become the property of Speed Factor Racing.

Any shipping costs for any and all Returns/Exchanges/Warranty are the responsibility of the customer, unless shipped incorrectly by Speed Factor Racing. The customer will be responsible for all costs, fees, and duties incurred during the return process.

All warranty claims are subject to final Morimoto approval. Speed Factor Racing does not assume any liability due to defective parts.

If warranty of an item has been approved, Speed Factor Racing will adhere to the Morimoto Lighting warranty process. The customer may be required to pay a refundable deposit on warrantable items that are unable to be returned before the replacement arrives in the customer's possession. In some cases, Morimoto may require pictures of the item having been disabled/destroyed instead of returned. In such a case, the customer will be informed immediately. Once the pictures have been received, and approved by Morimoto, the refund will be processed. Absolutely no deposit will be refunded until said pictures have been received, and subsequently, warranty approval is given by Morimoto.

Speed Factor Racing is not responsible for any damage or costs incurred in the warranty process.
